This meditation is to be done in front of a mirror.  Looking at a mirror and using this technique can transform your life and your understanding of who you are.  When you look deeply into your eyes you will see the light of the creator, if you imagine yourself differently using the mirror, incredibly changes can take place.  I do this every day and by doing this on a regular basis when you wake up or go to bed you will change your life.
